Works as expected

Ordered the hydrogen water pitcher. It came on time. It works, makes hydrogen water. No issues.

Good product, reasonable shipping

I ordered the glass hydrogen water bottle with a replacement filter and a cleaning kit. The ordering process was pretty smooth on their website, no real hiccups there. It took about 6 days for the package to arrive in California, which felt reasonable enough. The bottle itself seems well-made, and I've been using it daily. The hydrogen generator works as described, and I appreciate the clarity of the glass. Cleaning with the kit is easy. I did have a question about the PPB levels and used their online chat; the support agent was helpful and knew the product well. So far, no complaints about the quality of the bottle or the accessories. It was a solid purchase overall.

Good bottle, slow support

I bought the portable hydrogen water maker. The bottle itself is really well-designed and easy to use. I like the size and it feels durable. The hydrogen generation is consistent, and I've noticed a difference in my hydration. My main issue was with customer service. I had a question about replacing a seal, and it took almost three days to get a response to my email. When they did reply, the answer was helpful, but the wait was a bit frustrating. Shipping was quick, arrived in 4 days, so that was a plus. Overall, I'm happy with the product, but they could improve their response time for support.

Decent value with bundle

I was looking for a hydrogen water bottle and Ocemida popped up. I checked around and their prices seemed competitive, especially when I saw the multi-bottle bundle deal. I ended up getting two aluminum hydrogen water bottles which saved me a bit compared to buying them separately. Shipping was free which was a nice bonus. The bottles are sturdy and they work, so I feel like I got good value for my money. It was worth it for the savings.

Got my hydrogen bottle quick

So I decided to try one of those hydrogen water things. Got the high concentration hydrogen generator from Ocemida. It got here pretty fast, like 4 days. Easy to figure out how to use it right out of the box. Seems to be doing its job. No problems at all, just hooked it up and started drinking.
